Ready for a change

Hi everyone it’s my first official day on MFP. I have been losing weight on my own since the spring, but am looking for more support and guidance to keep me on the straight and narrow. I’m looking to lose 65 more lbs and am coupling intermittent fasting with High Intensity Interval Training along with Pilates and walking my new puppy. I’d love to get to know you and your goals and share both successes and the occasional setbacks. I love the idea of challenges and am really looking forward to becoming part of the community of MFP
