Weight loss platue

Jan 2018 I started at 195 and by June 2018 I was at 150..since then I have made it to 138 but can't seem to stay on track long enough to get past that I keep gaining up to 142 and back to 138.. My goal weight is 115 -120. . My marriage anniversary is Oct 2 and we are going to Florida I really want to get to or close to my goal by then! Any tips!?!

    How tall are you?

    Are you sticking to your calorie goal consistently?

    Do you use a food scale for as much as physically possible?

    Do you check the database entries you choose to make sure they have accurate calories?
