50lbs to loose!

Hi I am a 39 year old Mom to 3.Hoping to loose 50lbs and adopt a healthier approach to diet & exercise. I loose & gain & repeat.Slimming groups,books, pills I've tried it all. I would love to make friends with anyone in similar situation& hopefully beat this weight again 😃

    I joined today. 62 yo. Was size 2-4 all my life and BOOM!!! I am size 8-10.... disgusted with myself. I also tried exercise, yoga, pilates, swim, fast walking, pills, etc. Do not eat much, do not like fast food, no sweetened drinks, only water... still no shaved lbs. maybe age...

    If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.

    Let mfp be your last stop. No gimmicks, no books or pills or magic potions. Nobody will cover you with saran wrap.

    Get a food scale. Weigh everything. Fill out the food diary truthfully. Stay in a calorie deficit and lose weight.
