Motivation needs to come from your 'why'. If you need a coach, have a google search. I can't see there being anyone willing to do it for free here.0

You have to want to do this - this is on you - not someone else.0

^^the above.
It comes from you wanting it.0 -
Here is what I found would help me.
There were times I felt weak, fat and ugly. I was determined to do something about it, so I started lifting weights, walking and eating health. It started working for a few days, but as those feelings left, I started eating more, lifting less and didn’t walk as much. Those 4-5 lbs I lost came back and I started the cycle all over again. Other comments here are correct about YOU have to want it. The best person I found to motivate me, was me. I recorded voice messages to myself when I felt helpless. I recorded video of myself (talking to myself) to remind me how I felt at that time and why I was doing it. It reignited my drive to continue and go the extra mile. It’s worked for me so far and I’m feeling better every time I step on the scale. This works for me. Just thought I’d share.0 -
I hired a trainer. Somehow giving someone my hard earned money helped keep me motivated and accountable. Theres lots of online coaching for pretty reasonable prices0
