What are the category for Prowler Sled? Cardio? Strength?

I did this yesterday and i love it but i wasn't sure what category for this workout. Please advice me.

I log it as strength, as I do the sled or tank with my lifting workouts.1

If you want a calorie estimate then you have to log it under the cardiovascular part of the exercise diary.
"Strength training" in the CV part of the diary will give you a rough and probably modest estimate.
If you are doing it as part of an overall strength training workout then just log the entire duration of your workout, including recovery breaks betweens sets.1
