Plateau

Ok, so I've lost 11lb so far, I'm doing ok...
But this week, nothing.
I'm stuck on that 11lb.
I haven't gone over my calories, infact, some days I've been around 300 under.
What am I doing wrong and what can I do to break the plateau and get me to my first stone?

Well, first off, a plateau is usually staying the same weight around 4 - 6 weeks so you're not even close to a plateau. What you are is eating too much sodium or weighing yourself under different circumstances from the week before or it's that time of the month or the moon is in retrograde or you just need more patience.5

My plateu was 4 weeks. A week is normal lol1

Keep calm and on your program and you cannot fail. (Weight trends need to be averaged over about a week, anyway. My weight bounces up and down by several pounds!)1

Fluctuations and plateaus are a normal part of the process.
This is where your patience is tested.1
