Hello people, I’ve lost 10lbs in 20 days, working my butt off exercising daily and drinking a shi tone of water, also on and off fasting 24hrs or so at a time. I’m a daily logger so feel free to add me I’ll keep you all updated on how it’s going. GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU, YOU’VE GOT THIS!
