Any guesstimates on how much sodium is actually in a typical store bought rotisserie chicken?

the database and internet have so many different figures, I have no clue which is right? I bought a fairly small one from my store which yielded 18 oz of chicken with no skin or fat. Any ideas % averages? I keep track of my sodium intake. Thanks.

It really depends on the brand because it's a prepared item (and brands could add varying levels of sodium). At my regular grocery store (Meijer) that amount of chicken would be about 1,900mg of sodium.1

Shop around:
Kroger looks like about 280 for a 3 oz serving https://www.fatsecret.com/calories-nutrition/kroger/rotisserie-chicken
while Meijer looks like 780 for a 3 oz serving https://www.fatsecret.com/calories-nutrition/meijer/rotisserie-chicken
I suspect that you can find the nutrition information from your brand if you do a little digging--or ask the store for it.1 -
that's like asking how long is a piece of string6

If there wasn't any info on your package ask the store for this.0

The ones I buy have the nutrition label right on the container. I would use that info.0
