It’s time to CELEBRATE 🎉
Each day, record your weight & note something you did the previous day that you want to celebrate!
* resisted going out for lunch
* snacked on veggies
* got yourself out for a walk or to the gym
* turned off your phone & went to sleep earlier than usual
* said kind & encouraging things to yourself
* weighed your food, etc.
* Prepped salads in advance
Enter rewards if you want because EVERYTHING we do counts & gets us closer to our health goals!
Ex: Aug 9. 156.4 Yesterday, I’m proudest about how long & hard I worked out at the gym.
