People Who Do IF or Lean Gains

Can you please share your experience (good or bad)? Over the month of ramadan when I was fasting (& not going to the gym) I lost some inches, and felt really light etc.... now that i'm back to eating and gymming, I feel sluggish and lethargic.

I'm not sure if the conventional eating regularly thing helps and was wondering if I should make the switch to IF or Leangains?
