I started a mini cut in July and I’m thinking of now going back to maintenance. Prior to the cut I had gone through the process of repairing my metabolism by reverse dieting from 1200 calories to 1700.
During my cut I decided to be conservative with 1500 calories and adding 1 hour of steady walking on a treadmill every day.
To go back to maintenance, should I jump back to 1700 or should I reverse diet? Should I wean off the cardio?
