Hello!

I’ve used MyFitnessPal before. I fell off the tracking wagon after my divorce. I’m just looking to get back into the habit of tracking and being more active again. Possibly losing 10lbs or so but would rather just focus on getting healthy!

I quit drinking pop 2 weeks ago! One obstacle out of the way now on to bigger and better things!

    5 days into it and 5lbs down. Weird right?? Haha Water weight I’m sure.
