Keto Newbie...Any Advice

1st week into Keto lifestyle. Lost 12lbs! Looking for friends, recipes, and motivation to keep me going. My goal is to lose about 150lbs overall so I'll be very active in the groups!

I highly recommend joining the keto group and the Low Carber Daily Forum group.
Both are full of active discussions, tips, advice, and foods/recipes.
I have been eating Keto for two months and am going to be a lifer.
It's way simpler than the internet makes it out to be.
Eat meats and veggies (avoid starchy ones like potatoes and corn) fill in calories with olive oil, butter, creams, and cheeses.
I do snack on fruits, cherries, cherry tomatoes, avocados, nuts and nut butters are great.

Keep electrolytes up, especially in the beginning weeks.
We take 250mg of magnesium.
Cook with sea salts.
And we add a very light sprinkle of potassium salt substitute to our cooked foods.
