Hello. I am new to My Fitness Pal.
I am a 30 year old mom of 2. I am 5'2" and currently weigh 127lbs. I am looking to weigh about 115.
I love exercise and spend about 2 hours a day at the gym - 6 days a week - with an equal mix of cardio and strength.
I am still unsure of what to put for my calorie goal. I am thinking 1200-1400. I try to eat a mostly 'clean' diet. I will be focusing on low carb for now as I have an issue with controlling portions when I eat carbs. I plan to eat a lot of non starchy veggies but avoid breads and sweets. I only plan on doing lo carb until I hit my goal weight, then I will be switching to tracking maintenance calories and a more balanced diet.
Looking for friends with similar goals!

I'm currently in the gym 6-7 days a week doing strength, circuits and cardio. I too am following a low card diet until i hit my goal. I'm currently at 100-125 grams of carbs per day. It's tough but I've figured out some food combos I like that keep me at my goal for the most part.0
