Hello, my name is Kate. I am 38 years old. I am married with one daughter. She just started her last year of elementary school. She is a beautiful human and makes life so much fun. I have struggled with my weight for all of my adult life. I have not always cared about my weight, but I always wanted to be healthier. I have a goal weight in mind, but I am not focusing on that. I am focusing on being healthy and making better choices. I love food so I cannot imagine my life without enjoying food. I am hear to enjoy the journey, even on the ugliest of days. Lets be friends!
