Hello my name is Carol,
This will be my first time counting macros, I’ve been in the fitness journey for over 10 years but it was nothing too serious. Here I am, finally counting macros to maintain for right now, and maybe in the winter gain more muscle. I counted my macros but I would still like for someone to tell me exactly what are my macros if I want to maintain? I’m 30 years old, 5’4 tall, 134 lbs. an active person. 21% of fat.
