Macro help

How do people plan their whole day of macros. Do you do it as you go then adjust for great of day or do you plan the whole day in the morning

Anyone know of an app or website and you can enter how many macros you have left for the day and it suggests different foods that fit the macros perfectly. Hate trying to play the game of does this food fit my macros

    I typically pre-log my whole day. It makes it much easier for me to stay on track and avoid temptations that would put me over my goal for the day.
