I'm trying my fitness pal again. I've had 3 kids and each time I have a baby sadly weight jumps up. Im looking to loose it all for good this time and to move my body every single day. Im trying to be more aware.of what I'm eating. Looking forward to meeting like minded people on their journey back to their healthy selves.
