Cheat day??

I am fairly new to the MFP community and I was wondering what are your thoughts on the whole idea

    I prefer one meal over an entire day.

    I'm not a fan of "cheat days", if by cheat day, you mean a day where you don't track and eat whatever you want. In weight loss, your weekly calories is what's important for weight loss, so if you have a cheat day, you're basically damaging all of the days where you tracked everything and did well. Just fit foods that you enjoy into your calories and macros for the day and you don't have to cheat.
