6 months - 41lbs down

This past weekend I reached 6 months of this diet/exercise lifestyle change, and I'm down 41 lbs! The weight loss has definitely slowed as I get closer to a healthy weight and have added weight lifting for the past 1.5 months, but I feel so much better. I'm really excited to see how much I'll change in another 6 months and a year from now.

19 more lbs to reach my original goal (160 lbs), 29 to my long-term goal (150 lbs)!
