My first 3 months... my first 14 lbs... can u see it?

Hi everyone. I've been on MFP 3 Months now. The first 2 months there seemed to be no changes on the scale and I was getting frustrated. The scale finally started to move and I am down 15 lbs. I am counting calories, minimizing carbs- eating lots of fish, diary, chicken. I also try to exercise everyday although I have missed some days. Progress has been slow and I guess I am posting this for motivation. What do you think? Has my body changed a bit or am I seeing what I want to see?

    You have the same body type I do and I see that you have lost inches around your ribs and stomach. I call it a more defined bread loaf (if that makes sense). Keep it up remember it took time to put it on and it will take time to come off, but it will :)

    Definitely can see difference around your tummy. There is a crease in the first picture around your belly button that is definitely almost gone now. Your arms might be thinner too, but you can't see them very well in the first picture.

    Be patient...the changes will come. A favorite quote..."By perseverance, the snail reached the ark" : )
