Cutting bulking cycles

I have been cutting for awhile. Went from 197lbs 26% body fat to 158, 17%. I ultimately want to add lean muscle and be around 165-170 and around 12%, I think.
Question is should I continue to cut to my desired body fat percentage, or bulk/cut cycle more often?. I've been in a 500 calorie deficit for about 4 months.
Any suggestions

    I primarily do resistance training. No fancy diet stuff, just calorie management
