Intermittent fasting and a wedding. Looking for buddies.

Hi, I wanted to connect with others who are looking to a metabolic/physiologic approach to weight loss, using an intermittent fasting challenge. Working out and CICO has not been moving my scale in the right direction, while the inches are coming off the weight hasn't shifted and my mental clarity/and physical energy are being impacted.
My Plan:
Days I am working out (class/gym in the morning) in addition to the weight loss the fast is only 6 hours between meals. While on non-workout days the fast can last between 14-18 hours from your last meal the night before and a minimum of three hours to the next meal but only two meals that day. I was hoping to see the results (5 lb drop) within one month while keeping my diet relatively normal and my normal activity level, to help control my insulin, leptin and ghrelin response. I won't be measured with blood tests but I am hoping that by the end of the month I will noticeably less prone to snacking between meals, be satiated and have normal energy (physical & mental) levels throughout my day. This has been working for me for a little while now (1 month), and I want buddies to keep me motivated as I have a to attend a wedding in January I want to look bomb for.
Starting Wt: 188
Current Wt: 178
Goal Wt:145
D1: Fasting for 6 hours between meals, and only consuming three meals in a day with the addition of water/coffee between meals. For example, 6 AM, noon, 6 PM.
D2: Fasting through breakfast, and breaking the fast at noon, and last meal at 6 PM in addition to water/coffee between meals.
Repeat.
