hi! to keep it short, due to my busy schedule i would only eat super super little and was extremely active. i went from being 130lbs to 107lbs very fast. i’m okay with this since i’m 5ft, but now that i’m not as busy anymore i can eat normally but i’m afraid of gaining the weight back. how can i control this more? i know i’ll probably gain a couple pounds but i really don’t wanna be 130lbs again.

How fast?
You won't truly gain if you eat at maintenance calories. It can take time to figure what that might be. So knowing how much you lost and the timeframe would help.
When we go straight to eating at maintenance there can be what looks little gain from the glycogen stores restoring but it's temporary.

Depending on how little you ate your metabolism may have slowed so make sure you take your calories up slowly in increments. If you see you’re gaining fat then drop back down until you plateau then go up 50-100 for a week or two. If you keep gaining the get a dietician to help, I ended up doing that and haven’t regained anything6
