I have been dieting my whole adult life. I need info on the Keto program, can anybody help inform me about it?

    If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.

    There are keto groups and threads. You can do a search for keto and find lots of information. Be sure to do lots of research before you start.

    Hi and welcome! I don't personally follow Keto, but hopefully a Keto follower will come along that can help you further. But just in case they don't, go to Groups, search for "Keto" and "Low Carber Forum". There are groups there you can join.
