Been at this fitness app for 14 days. Trying to improve my run times. All the help and support I can get would be awesome.

I've completed two marathons in the past (2010, 2014), although I had dismal run times for them. Now, I'm just getting started with training for my third (4 weeks in, 26 to go) and I'm making a conscious effort to try and improve my run times as well. Would love some mutual support!0
