Just a frendly reminder to focus on muscle activation during workouts, good way to activate the muscle you're working is focus on what you're using. Start activating the muscle from the start of the rep to the finish, you may find you will do fewer reps but have more of a burn. This is mainly off you're looking to build muscle.
