When should one take a refeed when cutting?

Do you eat at maintence or above? And when should one be done? Do I bring fats down and up carbs only?

    My last cut I took a refeed 2x per week. I kept fat and protein the same and just increased carbs. I ate around maintenance or a slight surplus. Some people lower fat and really ramp up the carbs. It is really up to you.

    The leaner you get the more helpful refeeds become for adherence and hormone levels, also diet breaks where you eat at maintenance which I took every 2-3 months (for 1-2 weeks).
