Good morning!
I've just re-signed up for MyFitnessPal thanks to a couple years of weight gain. My husband and I will be empty-nesters in a matter of days and we are re-engaging with a healthier lifestyle along with the no-kid-in-the-house transition. I have 70 lbs to eliminate and I think I finally have a handle on the approach I have to take mentally. I'm looking forward to chatting with like-minded folks who are on this journey as well. Keep up the good work!

I am not new to myfitnesspal however I'm looking into losing weight again since all progress I have gained I have lost AND gained more ugh. I am getting married in two years and I dont want this weight on me and the best day of my life. I am looking for support and help along the way. I dont have any support other than my fiance, as much as i love his support it doesnt seem like enough how does everyone stay motivated? I mean I have a soild goal I just can never seem to keep up with it. I'm good for a month then fall off and binge hard and gain more than I lost. I am just rather frustrated..... and lazy I guess1

I love your attitude! Starting 'fresh', not starting over. and pounds to 'eliminate'. Having a positive mindset is so helpful to the process. Enjoy your 'fresh' journey!1
