Juicing! Need recipes!

Hey guys, looking for recommendations for lower sugar juicing recipes for my two week breakfast juicing. It’s supposed to rejumpstart my weight loss.

    I used to juice but it gave me headaches.

    I did find "Fat, Sick, & Nearly Dead" inspirational, but knew I didn't want to juice again, so started using my food processor to make smoothies. This way I keep all the fiber. I also add protein and fat, so I have a balanced meal.

    You can reduce sugar by reducing or eliminating the banana, and reduce calories by reducing or eliminating the flax seed.

    All of the sugar.....almost none of the fiber. It won't "jumpstart" your weight loss. That's just a come on.

    Weight loss is always take in fewer calories than maintenance.....period.

    (smoothies include the fiber....that's a good thing).
