You asked this 2 days ago

(And, if memory serves, you actually asked it multiple times two days ago)
Are you expecting the answers to be dramatically different in 48 hours? Or are you just craving more attention?6 -
I asked people to estimate my body fat for me as I have no means of doing so to which I got peoples estimates which was much appreciated and I now know roughly where I'm at, but I'd still like to know if I should carry on cutting or if I'm ready to start a bulk so I thought I'd ask hoping to get an answer from someone more experienced as I've never done one before, instead I got your smart *kitten* answer, I've just seen someone did tell me they think I could start a bulk now but figured it wouldn't hurt to get a couple more opinions as I don't want to screw it up first time7

What are your overall goals? How do you feel? Do you feel lean enough to put on weight (some fat), would you be comfortable with it?
I'd say you look fairly lean and could definitely start a bulk. You could also cut down a hair more if you wanted ( to feel more comfortable) but that is also less time you would spend building. Sometimes I go really lean before bulking so gaining is easier and I see my lowest starting point. That works for me.1 -
Im not sure really, I only started in March ish and have lost 23-25lb ish I want to put on some size and then cut again maybe next year some time I just wanted to be lean enough first as I don't want to put too much fat back on, I'll stick with what you mentioned and get a bit leaner for another month or so I reckon before I start my first bulk. Thanks0

Personally I’d cut another 5lb
Before I started bulking, then start
A conservative bulk1 -

Hire a coach, NO ONE on here is an expert at all .... lots of people think they are but they really aren't. It's more like searching for reaffirmation for what you want to do.
A real coach or one worth hiring is to busy with their clients to respond to stuff like this. Google Boom Boom performance - I have no affiliation or anything just someone who's good IMO.9
