Here I am, three years and up 120lbs! I’ve gotten comfortable in a relationship and my priorities have been completely out of wack. I’ve lost 100lbs in 2 years before...
Extremely frustrated to be significantly heavier than Ive ever been ... 325lb starting mark. I’m now 310 lbs from a scare from my doctor about cholesterol levels.
I’ve gone to the gym 4 out of 5 days this week, but my eating is not in control. I feel depressed and helpless with such a hill to climb. Sick of yo yo dieting and just want to be happy!!
I know what to do in the gym, I know how to lose weight. I’m just feeling such a wave of negativity and worthlessness.

If there is any advice I can offer it is this: you need to change the way you talk to yourself. That was absolutely key for me when starting to hit my weight loss journey. I couldn’t believe how negatively I talked to myself!
All the health and fitness in the world don’t matter if you’re miserable. So take it slow, and go easier on yourself. Like you said, you’ve done it before! Use that as motivation to do it again, not to beat yourself up.7 -

Absolutely this—Start praising yourself and being kind to yourself for all of the things you’ve done right this week—and that will encourage your decision making.

you won't make any progress by beating yourself up. I'm not saying kid yourself into saying you are perfect just the way you are. Of course you need to address your health issues. But you can do it..and you are you on the inside,,, and that wonderful person deserves to be happy right now, as you work on improving your health.

Okay so you might not love the way you look right now...but what else is great about you? I don't know you but I'm sure there are many many things. Could you be a great listener, an amazing mum, a supportive partner, a great friend. You are amazing at so many things, so don't get yourself down about your appearance.
Being in the right mindset while beginning a journey like this is so so important. It could be your first time or trying to go back to how you used to look, it's important that regardless of whatever else is happening in our live's we understand that this is a lifestyle going forward...
If you are feeling depressed please find someone to talk to, a doctor or therapy. If you are recommend medication take it...sometimes we need to treat these conditions. With a healthy mindset you won't find this journey as difficult....1
