Just discovered this site

Hi everyone,

I'm new here since I discovered the MFP app and this site only 3 days ago. I'm in the serious process of going back to where I was at 20 (around 180). I've trained a lot but I never looked at what I was eating. Now, with the mobile app, it's easier to track what I eat and I feel much more guilty when I cheat. Anyway, with the app and daily workout of Treadmill running and tennis (soon hockey), I hope to lose weight at a regular rhythm. So far, I'm 3 lbs lost in 2 days. I'm quite happy with the early results.
