So I’ve been on/off MFP for about a year and I haven’t really seen any crazy results in gaining and bulking muscle. But it has helped me better understand how many calories I’m actually putting into my body that day. I’m looking for anyone who’s building muscle mass and has had success to maybe help out a brotha!
As I said I’m just starting this back up and I wouldn’t mind having friends to get through this!

Do you think you're eating enough?

The past week I’ve started to eat around 2,500-3,000 cal. I should eat more but honestly it’s hard to put it down sometimes ya know.

You can head over to the gaining section and check out the stickies at the top, they are a great help.

I can understand that for sure. Try and look for more calorie dense foods, like whole eggs, avocados, peanut butter, olive oil, etc. It'll help you get your calories easier.
