Time to Change

Hi All! I'm a wife and mother of 2 who works full time. Started putting on weight gradually a couple years ago, and now here I am with about 25 pounds to lose. It's been frustrating switching to a healthy, plant-based diet since I'm prone to migraines and I've seen an increase in their frequency since starting. Just trying to work through it (though tips and tricks are definitely welcome!). Anywho, glad to be here with you guys and I'm ready to make some changes!

    If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.

    I eat a pescatarian diet which is plant based with seafood, eggs and some dairy. My migraines and headaches have lessened since. For those bad days, I take one Percogesic and it works better than my prescription stuff. I found it on Amazon.
