Hello,
Just curious to how many calories a mini stepper actually burns? I put it as ‘stair-treadmill ergo meter, general’, assuming it would be the same as a mini stepper. Is it the same? And it says that for me being 54kg I burned 357 calories in 45 minutes... surely not??? That seems way to much for such a easy exercise. Also does the machine bulk your legs like going uphill/up stairs does, or lean them out like walking does? Thanks in advance

I use the indoor walk setting on my Apple Watch and it calculates as about 60 calories every 20ish minutes. I’m 5’5” and I currently weigh about 175. 357 does seem high, but it also depends on your current weight and height0
