Hi I’m Steve, I turned 50 last may. I had a medical which was ok but my bmi came up on the higher side of recommended. I’ve been trying to shake off some weight for a couple of years now after I put some on after an ankle break with limited success. My incentive is a trip to Ibiza in September so I’m going to count these calories and get some fat off 😎

Hi Steve, if looking good for your vacation is your motivator than go with it. If you plan to take it off and keep it off you need to try and find a diet you can live with long-term, therefore, foods you truly enjoy eating. And like this website says, any exercise you do means you can eat some extra food lol. I wish you success man!0
