Hello...
I started using my fitnesspal at the end of June 2013. I've lost about 15 pounds; Since then I have been at the same weight for seven weeks. I'm 5'4 and 173 pounds. I have been working out five-six times a week for at least 35 minutes a day. I eat around 1345 calories a day. Should I decrease my calorie intake? Or switch up my workouts entirely? Or workout longer?
Buy a food scale and weigh your food you will be surprised...(if you haven't been doing this)
could be overesitmating calories burned...do not rely on HRM if doing circut training like JM or weights
I am taller then you by 3 inches and weight the exact amount and I consume 1360 calories a day then eat back most of my exercise calories and I am steadily loosing about 3/4lb a week...
I log my exercise burn doing 22mins circut training with JM as 233 gone...if you are logging a lot more then that (say over 350-400) for 35mins that is the issue...0 -
Check out the podcast on fat2fitradio.com which covers plateaus - shake things up a bit by zig zagging your calorie intake and varying your workout programme, but stick with it - you are doing really well, and the alternative? Going backwards? I don't think so!:flowerforyou:0
