How to post photos from i-phone7 to MFP

Hi guys,
Maybe someone out there can explain how from an i-phone7, one can post photos anywhere on MFP, other than onto a Forum discussion?
Can’t seem to post photos onto the home page or general posts. Can’t understand why?

Click the blue + button and click status - then it will give you the option to upload a photo to your wall

Add things as progress photos and then it’ll let you post them, the plus button on iPhone doesn’t let you do pictures, but you can share your progress photos
