Hi I’m Ian and I’m from the uk. I’ve been on and off here for years now. Since running the London marathon in April I’ve let myself go and have done nothing but eat 😩.. today I’m going to start logging my food again and get myself back on track.
Was just wondering if anyone wanted to join me on my rise to greatness 😂😂
