One month challenge (AUGUST-SEPTEMBER)

Hello there, myfitnesspal community!

I have been a part of it for quite some time, but i’ve always been a bit slacky on keeping track with my daily food and drink intake. Hope it’s gonna be different this time! 🙂

I am a 26 yo woman from Slovenia. I’m not overweight - I weight 63 kg (139 pounds) and i’m 173 cm tall (5’8”). But my body is slowly becoming more wobbly, as I tend to binge-eat and drink too much alcohol at times. And these beers add up quite a lot of empty calories in my diet. I don’t feel as healthy and energertic as I used to. Sometimes I also feel anxious and unconfident and I think it is linked with my not-so-great diet and drinking habits. I’m also a social smoker, so that also doesn’t add up any health points to my lifestyle...

I do sports as running, swimming and cycling classes around three times a day, but my poor diet often destroys my hard efforts to tone up my body.
Actually I signed up for a 10K run in the end of October to motivate myself to regularly workout. (Well, I have actually done this two times already, but then I never showed up because I didn't took this challenge seriously... But this time it’s gonna be different - I want to make myself proud!)

I’m looking for new friends to take the challenge for a month and start to exercise everyday and eat healthy, organic and nutricious food and limit alcohol intake- and start tracking everyting that is consumed! I mostly wanna do this challenge for my health, mental clarity and confidence but i also wouldn't mind losing some kgs in the proccess. For at least a month.
