    What's it called?

    i dont know and just spent about ten minutes looking. i can give vague synopsis: its fiction (not kinda autobiographical like a lot of his stories) written from the point of view of a guy who’s talking about this memory of his childhood, the boy has a sister and his parents get divorced and the kids and the mom move to kinda trailer home and she takes up with this hippie artist guy that gets her pregnant. there’s more to it but dont want to give away spoilers idk

    I'll see if I can track it down. I'm an absolute sucker for short stories
