I like a good challenge. At the beginning of this month I weighed in at 307lbs. I'm currently 287.8lbs. I started the month off by jogging 2 miles. I have never run previously. 20 days in I'm running a 5k as well as biking 2-3 miles every day and I'm slowly increasing that week by week as I also have a sub-goal of running a marathon at the end of these three months. I've been eating an average of 1200 calories a day. I feel fantastic! I know its not healthy. But I can only motivate myself by doing something I think is almost impossible. Thanks for the read!
