I don’t know how to post to just my friends but anyway if this topic interests you I would love feedback! Eating at restaurants, skipping workouts ... walking still and I managed to lose 2.3 pounds ... I’ve been staying hydrated. I originally thought 40% protein, 20% fat and 40% carbs is the way to go... My average is more like 40% protein 27% fat and 33% carbs ... it’s difficult to keep the fat content down ... good fats are good but it seems everything has some kind of fat in it ...unless I eat just celery LOL please feel free to comment and add me as a friend

The macro breakdown is largely individual. Fats are needed for body functioning too. I wouldn't worry about that bit. Sounds like you're doing well at the moment! Nice.2
