Hi everyone, I am just starting this weight loss journey. I am still holding on to about 15 pounds of baby weight that I need to focus on losing, now that my baby is 18 months old. :) I've gotten a little lazy with watching what I eat and the scale has crept up even further this summer, so I am hoping to really stick to the plan now. Hope to get some support as well as support others!:smile:
