My name is Savannah and i am 22 years old. I am hoping to lose 80-100 pounds.

    If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.

    Why low fat? Losing weight is all about being in a calorie deficit.

    I have read them. I am doing low fat because I enjoy it. I do not count calories either, I eat until I am full. I have already lost 3 pounds since Monday. My calories have been way up as well.

    You lose weight by being in a calorie deficit. Do you mean you're not filling out the food diary?

    It's normal to lose a lot of water weight in the beginning.

    I am filling out my food diary. Its public so you can look at it if you want. I can eat a very high calorie diet and not gain weight as long as my fat is ''low''. I am following the Dr. John Mcdougall and Susan Powter diet.
    I posted here for some friends not to be attacked. I don't see this happening much to people on the keto diet or some other kind of diet.

    My calories will be low today because i didnt wake up early like a normally do.

    You said you weren't counting calories so it was natural to presume you were not using your food diary.
