    I was just in Canada to visit my mom and had poutine out of youth nostalgia. I decided poutine wasn't really worth the calories.

    I like to try out the local calorie bomb when on vacation. The cao lau noodles in Hoi An, Vietnam pictured below was worth the calories. Those crispy squares are deep fried lard on top of the braised pork belly.
