Not new to mfp but starting over. Took a break while pregnant. Im 5 weeks postpartum and I’m slowly starting to focus on healthier eating and being more active. Once I’m OKd to start exercising again then I’ll be getting back into lifting and more intense cardio.
I’d love to have some new friends for the journey and to keep each other accountable and motivated 😊
