Hi all- it’s been about 3 years since MFP. I had lost almost 20 pounds but gained it back (of course). Taking another stab at this-focusing on eating healthy and regular exercise. No crazy deprivation or weird elimination of entire food groups. I was doing Noom (and lost 10 pounds) but I felt it was expensive so here I am. I want to lose 20-25 more.
