Maintenance Calories

Hi (:

Stats:
Height: 5ft
Age: 25
Completely sedentary job Monday through Friday
Current Calories: 1700
Cutting Calories: 1500
Lift: 6 times a week (back/biceps, legs, and shoulders/abs/triceps) x2
Cardio: due to cutting I was walking on the treadmill everyday (speed 2.7) for an hour

On July 1st I started a cut where I dropped from 1700 to 1500 calories. My weight certainly changed, it went from 113lbs to 109lbs.

How do I go back to maintenance without gaining it all back? Would I go straight to 1700 calories. What about my current cardio? How do I start weaning that off?

Generally speaking is 1700 calories a good number for my stats? Any chance I could ever raise that? I obviously would love to eat as much as I can without gaining

This is your third thread asking the same question.
Suggest you reveal what is your issue with simply increasing to 1700 cals and monitoring your weight.
If you don't activively engage with people how can they help you?

Yes you can increase your amintainance cals.
Work on increasing your NEAT (don't be completely sedentary Mon-Fri), increase your cardio volume or intensity are two ways.
